Welfare-to-Work (STEP)

Through an agreement with the Union-Snyder Community Action Agency (CAA), USTA will provide transportation to/from work for those that have been determined as eligible by the Union-Snyder CAA. Consumers must be a resident of Union or Snyder County and have a child/children under the age of 18 living in the household and be employed and income eligible.

Transportation through this program must come from a referral from the Union-Snyder CAA. Consumers may be required to pay USTA a co-payment which is determined by the Union-Snyder CAA.
