The Union/Snyder Transportation Alliance (USTA) is a
public, non-profit transportation alliance which was formed in 1979 to
provide consolidated transportation for local human service agencies. USTA is a branch of the
Union-Snyder Community Action Agency (CAA), one of
two community action programs in Pennsylvania that began as public bodies
under the direction of the county commissioners. USTA and Union-Snyder CAA
are governed by the Joinder Board of the Union and Snyder County
Commissioners.
The Union/Snyder Transportation Alliance would like
to thank all their current and past riders for the patronage and support. It has been a privilege
